Dear Customer,

It’s time to plan for our winter season. The season will again be from the first of October until April 30. If the need arises you can, of course, begin storage in August or September at just $45 per month. We will be available for appointments Monday through Saturday with 24 hour notice. We’re closed on Sunday. Please give us at least 24 hours notice when you want to bring in your boat, camper, or car.

Our price schedule is listed below. Half of the rental is due when the boat, camper, or car is brought in and the second half will be due on January 31, 2009. If you have not begun storage by November 1, 2008, the first half of the storage fee will be due then. To be assured of a parking place this winter, please complete and return the reservation form on the back of this letter along with your $35 deposit by September 1, 2008.

If you have a question please call us. The best time to reach us is in the morning. We try to stay by the phone from 9 to 11 Monday through Friday. The worst time to call is Saturday or Sunday. The phone and office are at Rolf Road so from nine to eleven we do not take appointments at Caton Farm Road.

The price for a pop-up camper is the same as a same length boat. If you need your boat out before April 1, 2009, (EARLY OUT) please be sure to note (EARLY OUT) on your reservation form. Early out parking spaces for boats (especially for boat over 18’ in length) ARE LIMITED SO GET YOUR RESERVATION IN EARLY! If your boat is over 18’ in length and you want “EARLY OUT” then you will probably have to wait until late in the season to bring your boat in. It will probably have to be parked near the door.

Let me try to explain the phone system. We do have two numbers but they usually only ring at one location, the Rolf Road Office. The only exception is those Saturday Mornings when we are scheduled to be open at both locations. Then each phone will ring at their separate locations. BUT! WE PROBABLY WON’T ANSWER ON SATURDAY ANYWAY BECAUSE WE’RE USUALLY BUSY OUT IN THE BUILDINGS!!!! THE WORST TIME TO CALL IS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY! We really can’t put away boats and cars and answer the phone at the same time. So when I am at Caton Farm I generally don’t answer the phone there. Thanks, I hope this clears up some confusion.
